Is the shipping free?
All orders include free shipping within Qatar.
When will I receive my item?
All orders are custom-made and delivered within 7 days across Qatar.
Stitching takes up to 2 days, followed by express delivery.
Can I change or return my item?
We only offer exchanges for size adjustments — model, color or style changes are not permitted.If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are not accepted.
