Return & Exchange Policy – Estella Qatar

At Estella Qatar, we are committed to your satisfaction and style confidence. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow size exchanges under specific conditions.


Exchange Window

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase


Exchange Only – No Refunds

Please note:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only size exchanges are allowed.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us with your Order Number and the new size you'd like.

  2. Our team will confirm availability and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement to you.

Return shipping charges may apply.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Custom or altered products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without contacting us first


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at estella.qa@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it swiftly.
